PURPOSE:To attain high sensitivity and a broad band by fixing elastically a vibrating part so as to provide a vibration amplifying function to the case inside thereby allowing the microphone to withstand vibration and shock. CONSTITUTION:A bimorph vibrator 6 is constituted by sticking a piezoelectric porcelain vibrator 5b to a metallic diaphragm 5a. The bimorph vibrator 6 is fitted to a support base 8 via an elastic adhesives 9 and also a color 7a of the case 7, the vibrator 6 and the support base 8 are sealed by the elastic adhsives 9. In Figure, 10 is an inner case and supports the said support base 8 so as to position a terminal board 11 to the other end opening part of the said case 7. Since the bimorph vibrator 6, i.e., the vibrating part is separated from the case and fixed elastically to the support base 8 and in the collor 7a of the case 7 in this way, even if the terminal is suported or the side face of the case 7 is lifted strongly, the vibration in the vibrating part is not attenuated. Since the elastic body is used to fix the bimorph vibrator 6, the vibrating mode is made proximate to the free vibrating mode. Thus, the high sensitivity characteristic is provided. |
