发明名称 Levitation train
摘要 In future, trains will hover over the rails. This would be possible if the holders shown below were attached to the rail heads. The counter holder fits the said holders like the lid on a pot which permits excess pressure to be produced in the pot. Thus, the air cushion is built up between the holders on the respective rail head and the counter holder on the train by forcing in air. Nonetheless, the play between the holders on the rails is so large that the edges of conventional wheels can also be accommodated there. The air cushions are produced by sucking air out of the direction of travel, as a result of which the train is simultaneously sucked forwards; for the purpose of braking, sucking takes place from the opposite direction. However, the actual drive is effected by means of car tyres on the rails and electric drive motors of the locomotive; here, the weight of the locomotive rests on the air cushion. Suction cups according to P 3400827.6 suck tight onto the rails for the purpose of emergency braking. Electrical internal-rotor motors can serve as suction motors, the axis of which motors is a threaded tube and causes it to rotate in such a way that the air column located in it must move forwards in the manner of a screw so that suction or increased air pressure is produced. In the case of the suction cups failing, the counter holders of the train grind on the conventional rail head. <IMAGE>
