A machine for processing, erecting and further processing cardboard box blanks comprises a station for holding a stack of cardboard box blanks, a separating device which removes the lowest blank in each case, and a drive roller for transporting this blank, a station for applying the adhesive, which applies white adhesive onto a side edge and hot-melt adhesive onto the other side edge, a pressure device which presses the external sections of the blank up to one another and presses them together such that the adhesive strip overlaps, a stacking device for the blanks to be formed into light parallelepipedal enclosures, a transport device which conveys the lowest enclosure in the pile in each case to a transfer point, and a transfer device by means of which each individual enclosure is folded over, set up, sucked up by a suction device and transported further through a tapering channel.
