Adjusting device and deflecting head for a laser beam of a laser-based labelling system

The invention relates to an adjusting device for the laser beam (1) of a laser-based labelling system, using an adjusting mark (7) illuminated by a pilot light beam. Provided between the diverging optics (2a) and collecting optics (2b) of the expansion optics for the laser beam (1) is a deflecting mirror (8) which either has a bore (8a) for the free passage of the laser beam (1) or can be folded out of the laser beam (1). The deflecting mirror (1) is used to reflect the image (7a) of the adjusting mark (7) into the beam path of the laser optics, for which purpose the adjusting mark (7) is situated in the mirrored focal point (F) of the collecting optics (2b). The adjusting mark (7) is imaged, via the optics of the laser-based labelling system, in the plane of the focus (A) of the laser beam (1), and thus in the operating plane (4). Positioning a workpiece is thereby facilitated in a simple way without interfering in the laser optics. <IMAGE>
