PURPOSE:To enable accurate control by attaching an optical means to the central part of the free end of polymer bimorph. CONSTITUTION:An optical path shielding plate 108 is attached to the central part of the free end 106 of polymer bimorph 101 causing flexural vibration under AC electric waves through a rigid arm 107. Since the central part of the free end 106 undergoes hardly irregular deformation such as distortion, accuracy in optical control with the optical path shielding plate 108 is improved. The plate 108 may be directly attached to the central part of the free end 106. |
