PURPOSE:A nutrient food composition, obtained by adding a medium-chain triglyceride to a mixture of a photosholipid with vitamin E, having fluidity in the uniform state even at low temperatures, and capable of forming a pharmaceutical. CONSTITUTION:A nutrient food composition obtained by incorporating 5-90wt% mixture containing 100pts.wt. phospholipid, e.g. soybean lecithin or egg yolk lecithin, and 0.01-10pts.wt. vitamin E with 10-95wt% simple or mixed fatty acid triglyceride of a medium-chain fatty acid, e.g. caproic acid or caprylic acid. |
