<p>PURPOSE:To obtain SAKE containing components of gourd, having delicate taste of SAKE and medicinal effect in the utmost degree caused by components of gourd of its own, by immersing unripe or small fruits of gourd in SAKE. CONSTITUTION:Unripe fruits of gourd, preferably within one month after bloom, or small fruits of gourd, or fruits of bottle gourd are gathered, and they are not treated and directly immersed in SAKE.</p> |
