PURPOSE:To facilitate separation and connection between the respective unit transformers of a split transformer by a method wherein the parts of respective unit transformer tanks to be penetrated by the terminal conductors of windings are demarcated by insulating spacers, and space between the adjoining spacers is connected by a connecting duct containing conductors and encapsulating insulating gas. CONSTITUTION:Unit transformers 1, 2 have the same constitution, and constructed accommodating transformer main bodies 7, 7' consisting of cores 4, 4', windings 5, 6 and windings 5', 6' in tanks 3, 3' together with insulating oils 8, 8'. The windings 5, 6 and the windings 5', 6' are connected respectively in parallel, and connected in series through conductors in a connecting duct 9. The windings thereof are connected to gas insulated buses 11 through the lead-out bushings 10 of high-voltage terminals. Insulating spacers 16, 16' are equipped to the high-voltage terminal lead-out parts of the tanks 3, 3' whereat the duct 9 is to be connected, insulating barriers 17, 17' are provided to the spacers 16, 16', and the high-voltage terminal conductors 18, 18' of the windings 5, 6 and the windings 5', 6' are supported by the central parts of the barriers thereof. The duct 9 contains inside the connecting conductors 19, and insulating gas 20 is encapsulated therein. Accordingly, separation and connection between the respective unit transformers can be attained easily. |
