<p>An environment-friendly planting block manufacturing method is provided to recycle resources by using charcoal powder and silica fume and to reduce the curing time in a curing compartment by using a denatured lignin naphthalene hardener. An environment-friendly planting block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing the molding mixture by mixing charcoal powder of 0.45~1.37vol.%, cement of 4.0~12.37vol.%, aggregates of 55.77~59.89vol.%, silica fume of 0.83~2.57vol.%, a denatured lignin naphthalene hardener of 0.14~0.43vol.%, and the residual water; molding the molding mixture in a block body form having a square or rectangular horizontal section by arranging vibrators of 60Hz in three stages, in order to compact the mixture smoothly and form voids properly; and curing the molded block for 3~24 hours by steam in a curing compartment. Plural planting holes penetrating through the upper and lower sides and plural uneven parts formed on the upper side are formed on the block. The block has continuous voids and discontinuous voids of 7.36~31.62vol.% formed inside.</p> |
