PURPOSE:To accurately evade abnormality while inhibiting the state that all nodes would be turned on, by adapting a limit check circuit to which an information relating to the condition of a load from a plant is inputted and changed into a flexible function to determine its limit value at the transition stage of the plant. CONSTITUTION:An information (e.g. the outputs of a generator, a turbine and a boiler) relating to the condition of a load on a plant from the plant 1 is taken in by a detector 25 and inputted through a signal processing converter 5 into the function 26 to a flexible limit value. On the basis of the resulting output, the signal 27 of a limit value sufficiently suited to the condition of a load on the plant is determined, and a limit check soft circuit 10 is made adaptable at the transition stage of the plant. Hence, appropriate information is offered to an operator, while evading the malfunction that all nodes 13, 14... in a logic 9 for checking the plant would be turned ON even during the transition stage of the plant. |
