The tool has an exhaustion system with an axial turbine with an arrangement (3.2) of grinding-or cutting slats on a shovel front side, where the cutting slats are fastened to a turbine wheel on a blade front edge. The turbine wheel is provided with an outer ring, which extends conically outwards to a pressure side. A suction housing has a partition between the outer ring and the inner ring. The suction housing has a connection of an outer annular space to the pressure side and is alternatively provided with a suction device according to an injector principle.
