PURPOSE:To control the operation of a ventilating fan so as to cooperate with the operation of an opening and closing valve opening and closing the circulations of cold and hot water by attaching a cam operating a micro-switch to the valve shaft of opening and closing valve of circulating water. CONSTITUTION:When microswitches 24, 25 are attached onto the same plane so as to be slanted and an operating knob 14 is turned to the right by the cam 28 fitted to the valve shaft 27 of a circulating water opening and closing valve 8, the push button of the microswitch 24 is pushed and weak ventilation is initiated. When the operating knob 14 is turned to the right further, the cam 28 pushes the push button of the microswitch 25 and the ventilating fan motor is switched to a strong notch. When the operating knob 14 is turned to the right furthermore, the switch is turned OFF, the rotation of the ventilating fan 3 is stopped and hot-water is circulated continuously. The rotation of the operating knob 14 is regulated since a retaining pin 29, fitted into the valve shaft 27 forcibly, is abutted against retaining protuberances 30, 31 provided on a switch adaptor plate 26.
