PURPOSE:To facilitate attaching work, maintenance and inspection of the device in case the heat exchange and ventilation of two rooms are effected by a method wherein one set of fan unit, one set of heat exchanging unit and one set of box are combined to constitute the device. CONSTITUTION:The fan unit 1 and the heat exchanging unit 12 are arranged at the ceiling of a room M so that the suction port 5 of the fan unit 1 is connected detachably to the delivery connecting port 16 of the heat exchanging unit 12 while the discharging port 7 of the fan unit 1 is connected detachably to the suction connecting port 18 of the heat exchanging unit 12. The air discharging path 22 of the box 21, arranged at the ceiling of the room N, and the indoor side suction port 15 of the heat exchanging unit 12 are connected to a duct adaptor plate 25, provided at the indoor side suction port 15 of the heat exchanging unit 12 and the indoor side dischanging port 17 of the same, while the air supplying path 23 and the indoor side discharging port 17 of the heat exchanging unit 12 are connected through a duct 24. When air discharging blades 9 and air supplying blades 10 are rotated, indoor air of the room N is discharged to the outside of the room through a route U-X' while the indoor air of the room M is discharged to the outside of the room through the hood 28 and the route X-X'. Atmospheric air, induced from the hood 28, flows through the routes Y-Y', Y-V' and is discharged into the rooms M, N. |
