PURPOSE:An agricultural and horticultural fungicide and controller for blight in preservation having high safety free from pollution, consisting of one or more selected from barbital-sodium-hydrochloric acid, and tris-ethanolamine as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The titled controller consisting of one or more of barbital (trade name: veronal)-sodium-hydrochloric acid known as a buffering agent in various chemical experiments, and tris-ethanolamine as an active ingredient. All the active ingredient can be kept in a pH range of 8-12, especially 8-8.5.
