FIELD: mechanical engineering; load lifting machinery. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed suspension contains hollow cylindrical housing, elastic member, return spring and rod with load-gripping member getting out of limits of housing. elastic member is made in form of elastic cylindrical shells installed concentrically without contact, and pliable transfer link is placed in clearance between shells. Ends faces of shells are trimmed with elastic cover plate against which end face supports rest being aligned by ring projection in clearance between shells. Elastic member encloses the rod provided with piston acting onto upper end face support. Return spring is placed over piston. Ring clearance is provided between outer shell and housing when elastic member is in free state. ^ EFFECT: possibility of operation of load-lifting device with replaceable load-gripping members, provision of effective use of elastic member. ^ 5 cl, 6 dwg
