MYLTI-LAYER STRUCTURAL HEAT-INSULATION MODULE

摘要

A multi-layer structural heat-insulation module has rectangular layers of casing made of continuous sheet material and porous filler placed between those. Porous filler is formed by method of pouring carbamide-formaldehyde foam to box arranged by means of rigid fixation of frame-casing in contour of one of outer layers of casing. At once after pouring foam it is closed with another outer layer that is rigidly fixed as well at frame-casing. As result of that carbamide-formaldehyde foam in process of curing due to own adhesion is glued to outer layers of casing and frame-casing with formation in such way of monolithic structure suitable for use in building structures.
