A control device of distance between shafts of a speed meter gear is provided to be capable of controlling the distance between a driving gear shaft and a longitudinally moving gear shaft. A control device of distance between shafts of a speed meter gear(75) comprises a transmission case(55) and a gear sleeve(60). The gear sleeve is mounted in one part of the transmission case by bolt coupling. A circular penetrated hole(70) is formed inside the gear sleeve so that a driving gear shaft(67) is penetrated and rotated. A mounting plate(65) provided with a bolt coupling hole is coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the gear sleeve.
