<p>PURPOSE:To control stably sheet thickness without providing an extension of special installation by obtaining Q/M basing on a roll revolutional speed, a roll diam., and a finish setting calculation or an on-line learning, and deciding an AGC gain under the suppressed influence of roll eccentricity. CONSTITUTION:The number of revolutions of a work roll is fetched from a pulse oscillator 3, and the diameters of a work roll and a backup roll are read from setters 6, 7, to obtain the frequency omegaR of roll eccentric angle by an arithmetic device 8 of an equation I . Further, an (alpha) for deciding the quantity of a malfunction of AGC is obtained from an arithmetic device 11 by using a load fluctuation amplitude fetched in a kiss-rolling state by a rolling load detector 1. Next, Q/M which expresses a rolling state is fetched into a setter 9 by a finish setting calculation or an on-line learning. Then, the obtained omegaR, (alpha), and Q/M are fetched into an arithmetic device 10 of an equation II, to obtain an AGC gain KP, thereby adjusting the responsiveness of an AGC rolling-reduction control device 12.</p> |
