PURPOSE:To prevent the separation between a resin and a metal and the charging with static electricity, to prevent a molding resin from flowing to adhere to an exposed part of a mouth piece, and to make the removal thereof easy, by securing an earth wire and a resin ring to an injection port mouth piece, and using openable split molds with side pinch-offs and split pieces with top pinch-offs. CONSTITUTION:A resin ring 6 having grooves is fitted on the outer surface of an insert section 3d of a mouth piece 3. One end of an earth wire 15 is welded to the outer surface of an inner end of the insert section 3d of the mouth piece 3 and the outer end section is wound and placed on the inner bottom section of the mouth piece 3. Then a mandrel 2 is moved upward to set the mouth piece 3 in position, and when the lower end of a parison (a) is caused to cover a stationary stock 4, openable split molds 7, 7' are closed, and air is injected from a nozzle 14 to perform the insert molding. Since split pieces 5a, 5b are placed on an opening section 3f of the mouth piece 3, burr can be prevented from entering the opening section 3f, and further the burr 19 is given grooves by the presence of pinch-offs 5c, 12 and is liable to be separated. |
