PURPOSE:To make favorable the adhesion between a filler and a flipper and to make easy the introduction and takeout of a tire bead, by feeding automatically the filler and the flipper from a prescribed position, and cutting them automatically in lengths by a cutter. CONSTITUTION:A filler forcing roll 260 and a filler guide unit 220 are fed by a bead feeding apparatus X, a filler F is lowered to be stuck to a tire bead W supported by a bead receiving guide 141, and at the same time the opposite sides thereof are clamped between first and second molding rolls of a molding roll apparatus 400. A flipper feeding apparatus 300 presses the flipper (f) against the inner circumferential surface of the tire bead W by its press roll. By driving a driving motor 142, while the filler F and the flipper (f) are being stuck to the tire bead W, the tire bead W is rotated. When the tip of the filler F is detected by detecting means, the motor 142 is stopped, the filler F is cut by a filler cutter 250, and then the flipper (f) is cut by a flipper cutter 330. |
