<p>PURPOSE:To stably control an armature current by not setting an armature chopper to the minimum conduction rate at the high speed regenerative time, but remaining in the control margin in the conduction rate, thereby enabling rapid response at the trolley wire varying time. CONSTITUTION:An output of a conduction rate monitor 11 provided in an armature current controller and an output of an adder 12 connected to the output of an armature current pattern generator 1 are applied to an arithmetic unit 2 as input signals. The monitor 11 outputs a positive output when the conduction rate of the armature chopper reaches the predetermined conduction rate. The adder 12 applies the output of the monitor 11 to the output of the generator 1. When this output is inputted to the unit 2, the conduction rate of the armature chopper is controlled to the predetermined conduction rate. The set value of the conduction rate of the chopper is set to the value added with the control margin at the trolley wire varying time to the minimum conduction rate.</p> |
