PURPOSE:To obtain a half-wave rectifier of high performance in a simple structure by combining the first third current mirror circuits, and speedup rectifier. CONSTITUTION:A sinusoidal signal is inputted from a signal source SG to a non- inverting input terminal 1. An NPN type transistor Q3 and a PNP type transistors Q1, Q2 are turned ON in positive half-cycle of sinusoidal wave. Accordingly, an NPN type transistor Q11 is turned ON, and an output is produced at an output terminal 3. Simultaneously, an NPN type transistor Q6, PNP type transistors Q4, Q5 are turned ON. The transistors Q3, Q1, Q2 are turned OFF in the negative cycle of the sinusoidal wave. Simultaneously, the transistor Q6 is turned OFF, the transistors Q4, Q6 are turned OFF, and the collector potential of the transistors Q2, Q4 are fluctuated to negative. The rise of the collector potential of the transistor Q4 is accelerated by the presence of a transistor Q7. |
