PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator and to shorten the time required for debugging by displaying the generation of a branch instruction which can not be automatically corrected when the branch instruction is generated during the program debugging. CONSTITUTION:In order to debug the program, a mode enabled to insert or delete the program is set up at first by an input device 4 and then the insertion or deletion is executed by designating an instruction by a carsor C on a screen of a display device 3. In this case, the branch instruction should be corrected. If automatic correction is possible, the branch instruction is automatically corrected, and when the automatic correction is impossible, the message is displayed on the device to inform the contents to the operator. Since the branch instruction to be corrected is automatically displayed by the carsor, the operator can correct the branch instruction disabled to be corrected automatically by using the device 4. Thus, the time required for deubgging is shortened and the load of the operator can be reduced. |
