PURPOSE:To make position and speed control easy and to simplify the constitution of the titled device by inputting outputs from a position detector fitted to an actuator and a rotation detector fitted to a DC servomotor and forming a feedback circuit of the servomotor. CONSTITUTION:The ports of a both discharging type hydraulic pump 10 in the titled device is connected to cylinder rooms 31, 32 of the hydraulic actuator 20 through pipes 2. The reversible DC servomotor 1 is coupled with the pump 10 and the rotation detector 11 is fitted to the motor 1. The position detector 25 such as a potentiometer and a linear encoder to detect the position or moving distance of a piston 22 is fitted to the actuator 20. The movement of the piston 22 is transmitted to the detector 25 through a coupling rod 24 and the output of the detector 25 and that of the rotation detector 11 are inputted to the control circuit 5, so that the feedback circuit of the motor 1 is formed and the position and speed control of the motion generator device is made easy. |
