PURPOSE:To position an object precisely without applying excessive force to the object by providing the titled device with a moving part moved vertically and supported movably by a supporting part and a means positioning the moving part with a prescribed relation to the supporting part. CONSTITUTION:Main poles 3, 4 are fitted to a fixing part of the positioning part and an ascending/descending plate 5 is arranged to the main poles 3, 4 so as to be moved vertically by coupling parts 6-9. Arm members 11, 12 having free bearings 13 are fitted to both end parts of the plate 5, a free movable plate 14 is fitted through the beargins 13 and coupling plates 15 are fitted to the lower parts of the members 11, 12 with prescribed intervals. The movable plate 14 and the coupling plate 15 are coupled through a coupling chip 16 hung by the members 11, 12 so as to be vibrated and moved horizontally. Struts 17, 18 are formed and a plane plate 24, a sampling chip 25, etc. are fitted to the back of the coupling plate 15. A positioning means is constituted by the struts 17, 18, the plate 24, the sampling chip 25, etc., so that a set 6, an object, is precisely positioned without applying excessive force to the set 2.
