发明名称 SECURING METHOD OF MAGNET OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stable fixing force by forming a projecting for applying securing force and a recess on the wall of a slot of a laminated core. CONSTITUTION:Silicon steel plates are laminated to form a yoke, and a slot 9 is formed in a core 2 which is used also as a frame of the outer periphery. A field magnet 11 is secured into the slot 9. In this case, one or more projections 10 are formed on the wall of one side of the slot 9, the size L3 between the end of the projection and the wall of the other side opposite to the end of the projection is set smaller than that L1 of a magnet 1, and the size L2 between the both walls of the slot 9 is formed larger than that L1 of the magnet 1. The magnet 1 is inserted while bending the projection 10 radially in the slot 9 of the core 2. A recess 12 is formed at the position pushed and bent at the projection 10 by inserting the magnet 1. In this manner, the deformed projection 11 is secured preferably by its recovering force.
