PURPOSE:To forcibly emit air bubbles sucked into an ink liquid chamber, by mounting the ink liquid chamber having an ink inflow orifice and an ink emitting orifice, the valve connected to the aforementioned emitting orifice and a control circuit for driving said valve. CONSTITUTION:A head 5 is tilted at an angle beta and air bubbles 13 are collected in the upper part of a liquid chamber 9 while the head 5 is tilted at an angle alpha to air bubbles not raised to the upper part to emit the same through the nozzles of a nozzle plate 10. The air bubbles collected in the vicinity of an air bubble emitting orifice 7 are emitted by the pressure from a solenoid valve 2 opened after a time Ta is elapsed before a solenoid valve 3 is turned ON and said solenoid valve 3 is turned OFF after turned ON for a time Td. In the operative timing of the aforementioned solenoid valves, the provision of the delay time Td means that a flowline directing to the air bubble emitting orifice 7 with reduced resistance is formed and has effect for releasing air bubbles adhered to the wall surface of the liquid chamber. |
