PURPOSE:To decrease the development cost by adopting arranged constitution for each control section so that a communication control section, a collection deciding control section, a coin control section and a card control section or the like are separated mutually electrically and physically thereby attaining the development while designing in common a part acting like the same function independently of the type of the device. CONSTITUTION:The collection deciding control section 7 and succeeding sections, the coin control section 8, the coin mechanism 9, the card control section 10 and a card mechanism 11 are sections acting like the same operation independently of communication media. Thus, in developing, e.g., a public utility type VIDEOTEX, the collection deciding control section and succeeding sections are used in common for those of a public telephone facsimile, a VIDEOTEX is connected in place of facsimiles 5, 6, and the communication control section 2 is modified for the purpose, then this development is realized. Further, even if a subscriber line signal system is changed such as from analog system into digital system and from basic signal system into a high-function signal system, or the share of function between a station and a public utility type communication device is changed such as from station charging into terminal device charging, those are covered by the design change in the communication control section and not effected on the collection deciding control section 7 and succeeding sections. |
