PURPOSE:To manufacture the blade without the necessity of after-machining by a method in which the split molds construct the cavity corresponding to a blade shape, and on both sides of the concave surface of its split mold forming a front surface of the blade, steps are provided, and then synthetic resin is poured into said cavity. CONSTITUTION:Split molds 21, 22 are connected such that each cavities thereof face each other, thereby forming a cavity having an opening at its end. A split mold member 23 is inserted and fixed into the opening of the cavity and the cavity corresponding to a blade 20 shape is formed. The concave surface part 24 formed on the split mold member 23 has stepped parts 25, 25 on both sides. Synthetic resin is poured into said cavity, and the blade is molded. Thus molded blade 20 creates burrs 26 formed at the inside part apart from the side surface 20a of a tip R surface part 20c by the length of the stepped part 25. Thus, the burrs to be generated at blade molding occur at the portion except the functional part such as the side surfaces and the tip R surface, thereby after-maching is unnecessitated. |
