摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption amount of coolant by measuring a gap between a coolant supply tube and a rotary double tube and minimizing the deviation. CONSTITUTION:This device supplies coolant from a stationary unit to a rotary unit. The stationary unit is formed of a coolant supply tube 2 of double tube having a vacuum layer 1a and a casing 3 for holding the tube. A hollow rotary shaft 6 is supported through a bearing 4 in the casing 3, a rotary double tube 7 having a bearing 4 in the casing 3 is arranged to form a rotary unit. In this case, a gap sensor 11 for measuring gaps (d) between the tubes 2 and 7 is mounted on the tube 7 of the position of the end of the tube 2. In this manner, the deviation of the gap during rotation is minimized by controlling the position of a supporting ring supported to a flexible member 15 such as bellows to the casing 3, thereby regulating the tube 2 vertically and horizontally.
