PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of gas exhausted and to ensure stable combustion during combustion at a low fuel flow rate, by a method wherein an air introducing part, having an introducing port, through which straight-flowing air and spirally-flowing air are separately introduced in an air introducing passage, is installed to the upstream end of the air introducing passage. CONSTITUTION:The air introducing part of a double cylinder, consisting of an inner cylinder 13 and an outer cylinder 14, is formed and the front end between the inner and outer cylinders 13 and 14 is closed to form an air reservoir part 15 between the cylinders 13 and 15. An introduction port 16, being concentrical to an inner air introducing passage 9a, is formed in an axial center at the rear end of the inner cylinder 13, and an introducing port 17, which points to the inner air introducing passage 9a and extends tangentially with the inner surface of the inner cylinder 13, is bored. The air for atomizing the fuel is introduced as a straight flow in the inner air introducing passage 9a through an introduction port 16, and simultaneously, it is introduced as a swirl flow through the introduction port 17 in the inner air introducing passage 9a through utilization of a dynamic pressure by means of the reservoir part 15, the straight flow flows inside the swirl flow, and the straight flow and the swirl flow exist together. Thus, the straight flow draws the fuel to the central part, and meanwhile, the swirl air tries to spread the fuel to the outside, and this permits formation of a desired fuel dispersion distribution.
