<p>Novel pyrimidones of formula (1) (or their addn. salts) were prepd. by reacting compds. of formula (4) (or their acid addn. salts) with compds. of formula (5) (or their acid addn. salts). In the formulas, Het is a 5-6 membered heterocyclic contg. unsatd. nitrogen and at least one of the substitutes, such as C1-4 alkyl, halo, hydroxy, or amino; n is 2 or 3; Z is H or C1-4 alkyl; A is O-bonded C1-5 alkylene; B is substd. heteroaryl contg. H, methyl, or C1-4 alkyl; L is any radical gp. to be substd. with thiol, such as hydroxyacetoxy, methanesulfonyloxy, p-toluenesulfonyloxy, methoxy, Cl, F, or triphenylphosphonium.</p> |
