PURPOSE:To eliminate waste in the interface by arranging a state changes detector between a signal input section of a digital input section of a computer for control and a data bus driver section to make the signal input section common to an insulation amplification section. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble signal (e.g. F1) is inputted into a digital input section 1-3 from a part 2 to be monitored, a signal input section is insulated from a process input power source with a photocoupler or the like within it and after converted into the level of an internal logic power source, an internal signal f1 moves to a logic level 1 delayed by the time t1 due to a filter circuit having a capacitance, a resistance and the like. A state changes detector section 1-3-2 detects the rising of the internal trouble signal f1 to generate an interrupt signal (a) and interrupts a central arithmetic processing section 1-1 with a control bus. Then, the trouble signal is read into a register section within the central arithmetic processing section 1-1 through a data bus 1-5 from a data bus driver 1-3-3. An alarm such as bell or buzzer in an alarm section 4-3 sounds and a display point corresponding to a individual signal F1 of the trouble signal 2 at a display section 4-2 flickers.
