PURPOSE:To reduce volume of the air blows mixed, by blocking the discharge port using a rear plate immediately before the discharge port opens to a working chamber, and thereby performing the internal compression of the working fluid. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor rotates in the N direction, a working chamber P1 increases its volume with rotation of the rotor 1 and vane 2, and working oil from a reserver tank is introduced into the working chamber P1 via suction passage 101. Because No.2 discharge chamber 13b is out of communication with a hole 4a formed in a rear plate 4 until No.2 vane 2b continues rotating further 30 deg. after passing No.2 seal point A2, the working chamber P2 is compressed. Immediately after the vane 2b has rotated 30 deg. after the seal point A2, the front edge of No.2 discharge chamber 13b is overlapped with the rear edge of a flap 4b in the abovementioned communication hole 4a, to cause commencement of communication between the two.
