MEMORY SYSTEM CAPABLE OF GUARANTEEING STABILITY OF READ DATA AND DATA READ METHOD THEREOF

A memory system capable of guaranteeing stability of read data and a data read method thereof are provided to guarantee the stability of the read data by stably outputting the data read from a memory even if a valid output delay is changed during read operation. A memory(120) generates a data strobe signal comprising an '(n/2)+1' clock cycle, outputs the generated data strobe signal, and outputs 'n' data in synchronization with the data strobe signal. A memory controller(110) receives the data strobe signal and the data from the memory. The memory controller delays the data strobe signal received from the memory, and samples the data received in synchronization with the delayed data strobe signal, and outputs the sampled data in the synchronization with the delayed data strobe signal. The memory controller outputs the 'n' data in the synchronization with rising and falling edges of the data strobe signal. The memory controller outputs the sampled data in 'n/2' data in the synchronization with the rising edge of the delayed data strobe signal.
