A writing fluid is produced by making eg by melt blending, a compound of a pigment and a binder which comprises 65-85 wt.% polyvinyl acetal, 10-40 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol, and 1-5 wt.% polyvinyl acetate, reducing the compound to a pulverulent state, and then mixing with a solvent to produce a homogeneous dispersion. |
