PURPOSE:To prevent noise generated from torsional vibration by making a vessel at the part between the fixation area of a motor stator and the fixation area of a rotary cylinder with a thickness greater than other parts. CONSTITUTION:A vessel plate 11 of this vessel 5 in its portion between the fixation area of a stator 6 and the fixation area of a rotary cylinder 4 is made with a thickness greater than other portions. Thereby the torsional rigidity of the vessel 5 is increased without causing increment of its moment of inertia. Accordingly the natural frequency in torsional vibration can be raised sufficiently, to ensure that generation of torsional vibration is well suppressed when the rotary cylinder is put in operation. Thus noise generation owing thereto can be prevented effectively.
