PURPOSE:To permit easy access to a blower for maintenance by joining a rolling bearing and a slide bearing, namely, means for rotatably holding a blade shaft, integrally with a sleeve in a manner of being engageable and disengageable with and from the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A blade shaft 2 which is stuck to the blade 1 of an impeller is rotatably held by a rolling bearing 3 and a sliding bearing 4. Those bearings 3 and 4 are engageably and disengageably inserted in the large-diameter part 31a1 positioned above the penetrated hole 31a on the sleeve 31 and the annular recess 31b thereof, respectively and are joined integrally with each other inside the sleeve to make up a composite body 30. The composite body 30 is installed engageably and disengageably so that the inner face and the outer face thereof may engage the blade shaft 2 and the opening 5a on the hub 5, respectively.
