PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noises due to solid material caused by bubbles and dirt in water column without imparing maintenability, by providing a special stationary water which is tightly sealed in a holder as flaw detecting water for forming the water column, and separating the stationary water from flaw detecting water for forming water film. CONSTITUTION:A container 15 made of silicone rubber is put and fixed in a holder 2, and formed in a bag shape as a unitary body. Flaw detecting water 5 in the container does not leak through any part. The thickness of a part, where the silicone rubber container 15 and a probe 1 are contacted, is made thicker than a part other than said part. The probe 1 and the silicone rubber container 15 have structures which are closely coupled without gap. In the silicone rubber container 15, the flaw detecting water 5 in the state a bubble is not included completely, e.g., like defoamed water, is put as a transmitting medium. Then flaw detecting noised due to solid materials, bubbles, and the like in the bag shaped silicone rubber container 15 can be prevented. Meanwhile, flaw detecting water 5A for forming water film, which fills a gap between the silicone rubber containr 15 and a material to be checked 8 is supplied from the outside through a special path 16, which is communicated to a path 6. |
