PURPOSE:To remove the hardly removable sticked adhesive of rubber-based adhesive tape, etc., rapidly and effectively, with a simple procedure, by immersing the article sticked with the residual adhesive in a specific solvent solution such as toluene, butyl acetate, etc., and applying ultrasonic vibration to the article. CONSTITUTION:An article sticked with the residue of a rubber-based adhesive such as isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, etc. is immersed in a solution containing one or more solvents selected from toluene, butyl acetate and a ketone having 1-4C hydrocarbon group, and exposed to the ultrasonic vibration (preferably for 1-60min with vibration of 28-60KHz and 150- 300W).
