PURPOSE:To enable heat energy of high temperature gas to be completely absorbed in a corrugated radiation plate, by a method wherein a cavity, being similar to a black body, is formed by a heating chamber, a diffusion plate, and a corrugated radiation plate, and a material, reflecting and absorbing radiant rays, is metalized on the inner surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber consists of a conical or a square conical trapezoid heating chamber 5, a concentrical type bored plate 10 for radiating long wavelength infrared rays, and a semispherical bored plate 9, and forms a cavity, being approximately similar to a black body, so that radiant rays are efficiently absorbed in the concentric type bored plate 10 at the inside. Combustion gas, generated from a combustion device 6 and a combustion chamber 7, takes in the open air through 8 to produce gas with a temperature of about 700 deg.C which is blown into the heating chamber 5. The combustion gas is diffused in all directions by means of a diffusion plate 9 to heat the corrugated bored plate 10 to about 450 deg.C to radiate long wavelength infrared rays from the outer surface thereof. A heating chamber 5 is formed by a thin steel sheet and aluminium is metalized on the inner surface, resulting in the possibility to reflect almost of incident energy.
