FRICTION WHEEL IN STEPLESS TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE:To improve the transmission and durability performance by molding a friction wheel attached to the perimeter of a friction disc with chloroprene rubber mixed with 4-23% of short fibers in volume ratio. CONSTITUTION:A friction wheel 21 attached to the perimeter of a friction disc 20 is molded with chloroprene rubber mixed with 4-23% of short fibers S in volume ratio. In this manner, cracks are surppressed from occurring and growing. Therefore, the transmission and durability performance can be improved.
