PURPOSE:To enable to prevent a hunting phenomenon even if there is a difference between a temperature around a water temperature sensor type air valve in a throttle bypass and a cooling water temperature of an engine by setting a rotational number of a fuel cut larger by a fixed value within a fixed time after the start of an engine. CONSTITUTION:Routes 23A and 23B to bypass a throttle valve 18 are provided on a suction passage 12, and an air valve 5 inside this passage limits a bypassing amount of air as a temperature of a cooling water goes up. While, a control circuit 22 to compute and control an output pulse to a fuel injection valve 26 cuts fuel when a throttle valve 18 is completely closed, an idle switch 44 is closed and the rotational number is bigger than the rotational number of a fuel cut, and at the same time, the fuel injection is started again when the rotational number goes down to a return rotational number which is set high as a detected value of the water temperature sensor 48 is low. The control circuit 22 counts the passing time after start, and increases the return rotaional number by a fixed value within a fixed time period. |
