<p>PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency of a tape guide and to make the guide light in weight by using a compound prepd. by blending one or more kinds of resins with a specified amount of potassium titanate fibers basing on the amount of the resins. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition contains a compound prepd. by blending one or more kinds of resins selected among polyacetal resin, polybutylene terephthalate resin and polyethylene terephthalate resin with 5-30wt% potassium titanate fibers basing on the amount of the resins. The potassium titanate fibers include inorg. single crystalline fibers of potassium tetratitanate, potassium hexatitanate, potassium octatitanate or a mixture thereof. It is preferable that the fibers have <1mum diameter, 5-100mum average length and 10-200 ratio of average length/diameter (aspect ratio).</p> |
