PURPOSE:To use a precharging circuit and a refreshing circuit in common, to speed up a signal voltage amplifying operation and to reduce the area of circuits by dividing a signal line, connecting plural amplifier circuits and connecting the divided signal lines by an electric switch. CONSTITUTION:At first, phic is turned to the high level, switches 7 in respective repeating unit circuits 9 are turned on and respective signal lines 2-1-2-5 are precharged by a common precharging circuit 4-1. Then, the phic is turned to the low level and the respective switches 7 are turned off. Subsequently, a certain storage cell 11 is selected, a signal voltage appears in a signal line 2-i and a clock phiD1 driving a preamplifier 3-1 connected to a signal line 2-i belonging to the selected storage cell is activated by a switch 8, so that the detected amplifying operation is started. Then, respective switches 7 are turned on and amplified by a main amplifier 3-2 and data are read out through an I/O circuit 5. |
