<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a case when adhering strength is lowered between a metal shaft and an elastic layer due to oxides or organic matter formed on a surface of the metal shaft, when a resin roller is used in an image forming apparatus, such as a copying machine, a printer or a facsimile. <P>SOLUTION: The metal shaft with an average surface roughness Rz of 0.5 to 8 μm is used by a means for polishing the surface, by using abrasive grain in the resin roller with the elastic layer formed on an outer periphery part of the metal shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
