PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new anti-influenza drug.

SOLUTION: The new anti-influenza drug has an action different from that of an existing anti-influenza drug by inhibiting protease associated with human influenza virus infection. A pharmaceutical composition comprising Kunitz domain 1 of HGF (hepatocyte growth factor) activator inhibitor 1 or Kunitz domain 1 and/or Kunitz domain 2 of HGF activator inhibitor 2 as an active ingredient is used.
