<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow packaging machine which can obtain the distance of the up-and-down movement of an up-and-down top sealer without an excess and a shortage. <P>SOLUTION: The pillow packaging machine is equipped with a bag making machine 20 which forms a belt-like film supplied continuously into a tubular shape, a center sealing device 24 which performs sealing to the polymerized end of a tubular shape film 21 formed in the tubular shape and an end sealing device 30 which is arranged at the downstream side of the center sealing device and carries out seal-cut in the wide direction of the tubular shape film. The end sealing device is equipped with top sealers 33a and 33b which are arranged up and down by sandwiching the tubular shape film and a driving mechanism which makes the top sealer move by a predetermined locus, while retaining a state that sealing faces of its top sealer are opposed to each other. This driving mechanism is composed so that it may operate a mechanism for making both the top sealers move in front and rear advancement, a mechanism for making the top sealer of the upside move up and down and a mechanism for making the top sealer of the down side move up and down based on power from each separate driving motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
