The nonflammable material consists of cement in which latex is added to the slaking water. Inorganic fibres are added to the slaked mixture of cement and latex. The proportions of the constituents of the material are approximately from 4 to 5 kg of latex per 50 kg of cement, the quantity of water being of the order of 10 to 12 l. <IMAGE>
