A system for mediating a loan between individuals is provided to supply a loan based on a credit between individuals, mediate a financial transaction safely, and execute a debenture collection in case of default of an obligation. A system for mediating a loan between individuals comprises the following units. A borrower terminal(200) is used for making a borrower profile and a loan contract document. A loaner terminal(300) is used for receiving a contract identification number transmitted from a loan management server and making a contract. The loan management server generates profile information about the borrower transmitted from the borrower terminal and the contract identification number using the loan contract and transmits the generated contract identification number to the loaner terminal. The loan management server informs a debenture collection management server of default of an obligation in case of not being available to process redemption money. |
